Menopause isn't just one event that happens overnight. It's actually a process that unfolds over several years, and understanding where you are in that process can be incredibly empowering.

Knowledge is power, and when you understand what's happening hormonally, you can work WITH your body instead of feeling like you're fighting against it. At Meno Moves, we believe movement is one of the most powerful tools to support your body and mind through this challenging time of life.

We aim to provide you with "do-able"options so you can move at YOUR PACE doing something you enjoy because, if you enjoy it, you will keep doing it!

Whether you are peri- or post-menopausal, our workouts and information will help you prevent and/or manage those symptoms and make you stronger physically and mentally.
